As such, we pledge to make responsible gaming an integral part of our Company’s culture and operations.
Supporting Our Patrons:
To protect our patrons, J&J Gaming has established thoughtful procedures to help individuals exclude or limit themselves from receiving advertising, promotional content, and/or direct mail marketing from our Company. Additionally, J&J Gaming makes information promoting responsible gaming and where to find problem gaming assistance available at our partner locations and on our Company website(s). We advertise responsibly by including a responsible gaming message and/or toll-free help-line number in our Company’s advertising and marketing materials where practical.
Educating Our Employees:
Our commitment doesn’t stop there. J&J Gaming educates every new employee on responsible gaming and provides periodic refresher training to existing employees that highlights the differences between responsible gaming and problem gaming. The Company also posts responsible gaming awareness information, including a toll-free help-line number, at various locations where Company employee’s congregate for their awareness.
Engaging With the Public:
As a proud member of the AGA, J&J Gaming is also committed to working with stakeholders to raise the public’s awareness regarding the industry’s commitment to responsible gaming. We work diligently to prevent underage individuals from participating in any gambling or gaming-related activities and the Company is committed to identifying best practices to follow to promote responsible gaming to the public.
